Hi, we're Renee and Ryan.
We met in high school and have been building things together ever since.
Renee sells homes across DFW and can't leave a room alone until it's beautiful. Ryan spends his days in the operating room and his evenings up a ladder, bringing her ideas to life. Five rental homes later, we know exactly how much heart, and how much sweat, goes into a place people remember.
We also know what it's like to be the guest. Some of our favorite family memories happened in someone else's home, around a kitchen and a table that fit all of us.
So we built The Suited Stay the way we'd want it, as hosts and as travelers: homes chosen with care, matched to your trip, and booked with the person who knows the place best. Call us and one of us answers. Ask nicely and we'll tell you where to find the best tacos and margaritas.

Fair things to ask.
Is it free for guests?
Yes. You pay the host for your stay, on the host's own booking site. We don't add a fee.
Then how do you make money?
Hosts pay a flat membership to be in the collection. We don't take a percentage of your booking.
Who chooses the homes?
We do. Every host is held to one standard, and we get to know each home and its host before it joins.
Is a person or a computer matching me?
Both. Software reads your trip and checks it against each home's rules, dates and features. And whenever you'd rather talk it through, one of us is a call away.
What if something goes wrong during my stay?
Your host is your first call, and they answer. If you can't reach them, we step in personally, and member hosts help each other find you another home if one falls through.
Do you offer longer stays?
Yes. Some homes take stays of a month or more, for families between homes, relocations and work assignments.
